Thaipex 2009 Stamp Exhibition Royal Mail Smilers Sheet - 3 August 2009
Royal Mail will issue an Exhibition Smiler Sheet for the stamp exhibition in Thailand during 2009. I can find very little on the web about this exhibition, it certainly isn't a major international event. However, the sheet is quite attractive with 10 different labels showing tuk-tuks in different livery.
A half-size A5 sheet, of 10 stamps will be sold at the exhibition but will not be available from Royal Mail in the UK. Given that the A5 sheet ought to be simply an A4 sheet guillotined in half, A5 sheets should be readily available to anybody who wants one!

This sheet - like previous Expo sheets - will be printed in lithography by Cartor Security Printing of France. It was designed by MarkStudio.
